Responsibilities This role will be responsible for driving and standardizing processes across the Press Departments in ProAmpac, including ink and pre-press. In addition, they will focus on meeting the goals of the organization by delivering business results and creating sustainable solutions aligned with the business objectives. Using their expertise, experience and hands-on-leadership, this individual will guide and strengthen continuous improvement capabilities and accelerate departmental performance. Act as thought leader, coach, mentor for the application of CI to solve problems, manage process and develop employees across all Press Departments Lead the development of CI fundamentals and problem-solving capabilities to strengthen operations across all Press Departments Identify and apply CI best practices, operating standards, and metrics Lead the Press Best Practices Team by facilitating and developing Press standards across the organization Support the development and maintenance of each site's CI Plan Actively maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with operations and business leaders
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
